We worked with Fresh Farms on a multi-year long project to create a better user experience for the many different stakeholders that work with the organization: Farmers, Market Managers, Organization Managers, and Executives. The systems used to report about and analyze market sales, makeup, and functions were cumbersome for all. We started with in depth user interviews, created user journeys and flows, and researched new technologies to create more efficient data connections. Then, working closely with farmers and market managers, we created streamlined reporting interfaces that could connect with the data analysis needed by executives. Once these user and data flows were established, visual designs were created for the online product.
