As the queer community, especially queer youth, come under attack, Outright Vermont wanted to create a toolkit to help parents and caregivers affirm the queer youth in their lives. We guided the communications team through creating their first publication while designing and engaging and expressive document that celebrates queer youth in Vermont. This first publication is used in area schools and other community gathering places. With the success of our initial collaboration, we continued to create dynamic materials to aide in fundraising and advocacy outreach including Cultivating Safe Spaces Toolkit and donor booklet and leave behind.

As the new administration continues to attack queer and trans folks, we helped Outright and the Vermont Human Rights Commission create a Know Your Rights Handout to explain clearly the rights and protections trans Vermonters should expect.
