We collaborated with the health advocacy organization Say Ah! to design a set of interchangeable, user-friendly tip cards aimed at improving health literacy. Rich in visual cues and accessible language, the cards form a toolkit distributed through healthcare offices. The cards and toolkit empowers folks to better manage and maintain their health by making complex information clear and actionable.
